Worthy In His Eyes

A fresh song for Easter I made on Suno.

[Verse]
Under the shadow of that rugged tree,
His arms stretched wide, He bled for me.
The weight of sin that wasn’t His own,
He bore it all to make me His home.[Verse]
Tears fall as I stand here in shame,
My hands unclean, my heart to blame.
But in His gaze, I see no disguise,
Just endless grace, I’m worthy in His eyes.[Chorus]
Who am I to be loved like this?
A sinner lost, in darkness adrift.
Yet He chose pain, He chose the cost,
To save my soul, up on the cross.

[Verse]
The thorns on His brow, the nails in His hands,
I falter to grasp, but I try to understand.
Love so deep, it breaks through my pride,
He’s God, and still, for me He died.

[Bridge]
The earth it trembled, the veil was torn,
A moment of death, and life reborn.
For every burden I’ve ever known,
He carried it there, to make it all His own.

[Chorus]
Who am I to be loved like this?
A sinner lost, in darkness adrift.
Yet He chose pain, He chose the cost,
To save my soul, up on the cross.
