Bremen, Germany’s magnificent Rathaus or city hall is the setting every 2 years for the awarding of the Bremer Friedenspreis or Peace Prize. Willy has performed for each of these ceremonies, but with a war ongoing in Europe, this year’s event took on an even deeper significance. The text is;
“Who is the man who desires Life, and loves the length of days?
Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit.
Depart from evil and do good; Seek Peace and hunt after it”
