Online Lessons Setup

Use this form to contact Jeff to set up your remote online lesson program.
Lessons are available for guitar, bass and 5-string banjo.
• As with in-person lessons, there are no contracts, pay as you go, and discontinue anytime.
• At the present time, all sessions are one hour for $30 ($20 for 30 minutes), payable via PayPal.
• If you need a different method for payment, mention it in the Messages box at the end of the form.
• Books, sheet music and other physical study materials may be extra.
